Heat Bending
We have brought heat bending into the 21st century with our custom built equipment. We simply have more capacity and a higher level of repeatability as compared to our competition, resulting in higher quality parts at a lower price.
Tape Application
We specialize in applying foam, film, or magnetic tape to your fabricated product. In many cases, magnetic strips or double sided tape can be applied automatically during the fabrication process, eliminating a second operation.
Die Cutting
From Literature Pockets to Shelf Dividers, our custom die-cutting lines give us a high degree of flexibility, particularly if your product requires tape application.
Pack-out & Assembly
In addition to state of the art design and production capabilities, Design Manufacturing also has the ability to execute large scale rollout and fulfillment projects.
